We have had to retire this 19-year-old air conditioner 
the parts can no longer be replaced – it wouldn’t be cost-effective even if we could source them!
The control PCB had failed due to a short circuit with the fan motor. 
We will always try to repair before replace but sometimes it’s just not cost-effective for your business
